Education administration office
Every faculty and some study programmes have an education administration office where you can request information about schedules, transcripts, grades and other academic results.
Departmental responsibility
The responsibilities of the Education Information Centre (OIC) include registering study and education data and providing information to students and employees.
What does the department do?
The OIC can provide more information on:
- certified grade transcripts / statements
- course and exam enrolment
- faculty and study programme regulations
- facilitating studying with a disability
- graduation ceremony
- individual retake examination
- present at examination locations
- retake a passed exam
- requesting diploma/graduation
- requests to the Board of Examiners
- schedules
- study programmes
- support logistical organisation of examinations
- validity of examinations
