From The Hague Central Station and The Hague Hollands Spoor station, you can catch tram 9 in the direction of Scheveningen - Zwarte Pad. This tram stops in front of the AFAS Circustheater. From The Hague Hollands Spoor station, you can also get tram line 1 towards Scheveningen - Zwarte Pad. This stops at the Kurhaus.
