Clemens Bakker wins Moot Court trophy
The Moot Court trophy has been awarded for the fourteenth time! This time, it went to the best pleader in the spring of the 2023-2024 academic year.
Clemens Bakker scored a 10 (cum laude) for his oral arguments to the court, coming out on top in the ‘Zonnepark Noorderlicht’ (‘Noorderlicht solar park’) case.
On 8 November, Tom Schoute from Wolters Kluwer and Clementine Breedveld-de Voogd, Moot Court Director, presented the trophy to Clemens for his exceptional oral arguments.
His Moot Court supervisors were Simon de Graaff (lecturer) and Nienke Leck (video trainer).
The trophy was provided by Wolters Kluwer along with €250 in prize money, to be spent on textbooks.
