Save the date – Spring edition of Student Well-being Week

During the Dutch Week of Mental Health (2-7 June 2025), Leiden University will be holding a spring edition of the Student Well-being Week. With inspiring workshops, relaxing activities and practical tips, we want to help you find balance, both in your studies and your daily life. By working on your well-being, improving your study skills and connecting with your fellow students, you can help increase your chances of study success.

The programme will be announced at the beginning of May. But you can already make a note in your agenda for the week of 2 till 6 June. In the meantime, could you do with some help with your study skills or want to learn how to deal with procrastination? Take a look at the help available on the well-being website or sign up for the monthly student well-being newsletter.  

Why a spring edition of the Student Well-being week?

It has been become clear to us from conversations with students and the LUS rapport, that students would prefer that well-being activities are spread out more throughout the year. You would also like to see more activities offered in the evenings. Leiden University has therefore decided to divide the activities of the traditional November Well-being week over two periods in the year. In that way, we hope to better meet the needs of our students.
