What knowledge, skills, and qualities do you already have that set you apart in the job market? It can be challenging to recognise these in yourself, as they may feel completely natural to you and simply be the way you always do things. This workshop is designed for students and recent graduates who want to gain a better understanding of themselves and how to apply their strengths in their (study) career.
The aim of this workshop is to gain insight into your knowledge, competencies, and qualities. Before you can determine which (career) path suits you best and start working towards it, it is important to have a clear understanding of yourself. Framed by some theory on the job market and personal development, the workshop will focus on exercises to help you identify what you have to offer. This self-knowledge will support you in making effective study and career choices.
Who can sign up?
Students enrolled at Leiden University and alumni up to one year after graduation. This workshop will be conducted in English.
