Public lecture by Eliot Higgins, Founding Director of Bellingcat

Join us for an insightful public lecture by Eliot Higgins, founder and director of Bellingcat, as he addresses the challenges of information disorder — a spectrum encompassing disinformation, misinformation, and malinformation. In a time when false narratives and deliberate distortions saturate digital platforms, this lecture will dissect how this information disorder impacts public trust, polarises societies, and threatens democratic values. Higgins will delve into the mechanics behind online radicalisation, and underline the role Bellingcat plays in improving digital resilience and media literacy.
