Join Adam Kolker, Dean of International and Comparative Law Programs at Columbia Law School, for an in-depth look at the US Business Law Summer School Program.

This three-week, non-credit program at Columbia University, an Ivy League institution in New York, is primarily designed for students but is also open to practitioners, academics, and others. Participants will engage with expert practitioners, explore cultural sites, and earn an official Certificate of Participation.

• US Corporate Law in an International Perspective

• Deals: The Law and Economics of Transactions

The program covers essential topics such as U.S. legal institutions, negotiation, U.S. corporate law from an international perspective, and the law and economics of transactions. It provides an engaging and educational experience led by distinguished scholars from Columbia and other globally renowned institutions.

The Academy offers a practical introduction to the Socratic Method, a key element of U.S. legal education, and includes sessions on Columbia Law School’s LL.M. programs. Participants will also benefit from practice-oriented lectures by prominent attorneys, networking events with peers, and cultural site visits in New York City.
