As a university community, we greatly value students and staff members efforts in organizing events and activities on current issues. In response to questions about the procedure and criteria for organizing such events, the Executive Board has developed and issued a new approach earlier this year, meant to create more clarity and transparency. During this session, the guidelines and procedure will be presented by Aya Ezawa; there will also be an opportunity to ask questions.
