Walking in nature relaxes your mind, give energy and spark creativity. 

The Wisdom Walks are focused on personal growth, mindfulness, and building meaningful connections. Led by outdoor coach Marlies from Nature Academy, this outdoor program provide a nurturing environment for self-reflection and growth.

A Wisdom walk is organized in both Leiden and The Hague. In The Hague, we will walk through the 'Haagse Bos,' and in Leiden, the walk takes place in 'Polderpark Cronesteyn.' Sign up to secure your spot! Space is limited.
