Come to the LUS publecture on 20th of June 19:00-21:00 at PLNT, Langegracht 70. The three mini-lectures will be given by Sepideh Sadat, Marco de Ruiter and Pieter Slaman.
Over de sprekers
Sepideh Saadat works in addiction psychiatry and teaches clinically-oriented courses. She deeply values the connection between academia and clinical practice.
Marcus de Ruiter is Professor of clinical and experimental anatomy at the Leiden University Medical Center. He is also Chairman of the Programme Committee Medicine (OLC-GNK) and Chairman of the Anatomical Museum Committee, LUMC.
Pieter Slaman is Leiden University's university historian, with support of the A.E. Cohen Foundation. He is also a specialist in the history of education. His book ‘De glazen Toren. De Leidse Universiteit 1970-2020’ covered the institutional and cultural developments at Leiden university since the 1970’s.
