As students, you have to navigate a labyrinth of pressures, from academic demands to social expectations, looming futures to environmental concerns. But here's the thing: you're not alone. Did you know that a staggering 71% of students experience pressure, and 66% feel stressed? These numbers aren't just statistics; they represent our shared reality.
The Well-being teams of Campus The Hague join hands to organise the Under Pressure Conference and open a space where we can discuss, dissect, and confront the various pressures we face daily. Laura van der Plas, well-being officer FGGA: “Our aim for this conference is to cultivate a culture of empathy and awareness by sharing stories and experiences, but also to provide useful tools to navigate pressure, stress and the complexities of student life.”
Our interaction sessions are led by experts and are designed to equip you with practical tools and strategies to navigate these challenges. From the weight of academic performance to the fear of missing out (FOMO) driven by societal norms, from the expectations of our parents to the anxiety about what the future holds – we're diving deep into it all.
Ready to break the pressure together with a supporting community? Join us at "Under Pressure" and let's navigate this journey together. See you there!

Druk vanuit je ouders
Language: Dutch
Expert: Rosalinde Spitters
