This workshop offers a safe and supportive environment where you can learn more about the theories behind stress, become more aware of how you behave and think while under stress and you will go home with a list of practical tips. This workshop is ideal for anyone feeling the pressures of everyday life, which can be quite challenging as a student.
Who can participate?
Students enrolled at Leiden University. Maximum number of participants is 12.
Please note that a minimum of 4 participants is required for this workshop. If there are fewer registrations, the workshop can be cancelled up to 2 days in advance. In that case we will contact you.
