Career and apply for jobs
Workshop What really motivates me?
During your studies you might get to know more and more about the skills, knowledge and qualities you have, which can contribute to a job or the labor market after graduation. It might however not be so clear yet what really motivates you. In the workshop “What really motivates you?” you will gain more insight into your motives.
It is the goal of this workshop to gain an insight in your motives; that what intrinsically motivates you to do what you do. This information about yourself could help you making study and career related decisions and could help you as well to more easily being able to explain to others what you want. This could benefit the process of writing a cover letter or could help you during a job interview.
In an interactive way and with the help of a fascinating exercise, in this workshop you will get to know what motivates you, leaving the workshop with a personal list of motives.
Who can participate?
Students enrolled at Leiden University and alumni up to one year after graduation. This workshop will be in English.
