Did you know most recruiters only spend 10 seconds at your CV before deciding you are a valuable candidate and continue to read your cover letter? In this interactive workshop, we will guide you in creating a CV and cover letter that meet your needs.

We will help you create structure, the do's and don'ts, but also how to personalize your CV. In addition, we will familiarize you with the application letter, including tips and tricks, the do's and don'ts, and how to write an effective and attractive motivation.

The following topics will be discussed:

• The structure of a CV/application letter
• The layout - do's and don'ts
• How to adapt your CV/application letter to a vacancy

The workshop will take place online and the language of instruction is English.

Who can apply?

The workshop is free and open to all Bachelor and Master students, and recent graduates of Leiden University. There is a limit of 50 students.
