Did you know most recruiters only spend 10 seconds at your CV before deciding whether you are a valuable candidate? In this interactive workshop we will share guidelines on how to draft a good CV. We will help you on how to create structure, the Do’s and Don’ts, yet also how to personalize your CV. Also, we will familiarize on the Cover Letter, including tips and tricks, the Do’s and Don’ts as well as writing an effective and appealing motivation. The following subjects will be covered:
- The structure of a CV/Cover Letter
- The layout - Do’s and Don’ts
- How to adjust your CV/Cover Letter to a vacancy
The workshop will take place online.
Registrations will open 4 weeks before the start of the event.
Who can apply?
This workshop is free of charge and available to all Bachelor and Master students and recent graduates of Leiden University. There is a limit of 50 students.
