What can you expect from the workshop?
In this workshop you will learn how to recognise and respond to stress signals and that it is okay to ask for help. You will discover different tools to check-in and take care of yourself. You will explore your personal obstacles, such as procrastination, and discover how to overcome them using your unique strengths and talents. In interactive peer discussions, you will create a personalised step-by-step plan to navigate these obstacles effectively. At the end of this workshop, you know how to build the resources you need to prevent and face obstacles in the future.
