For people who already have experience with painting.

Content
In this course you can work independently with your own topics and ideas. The teacher may help with choosing a starting point, holds individual work discussions during the lesson and provides tips and instructions.
A nice workplace for developing your own process that requires some knowledge about building a painting. For example, it is a nice follow-up to other painting courses at LAK or with another course organization.

We are looking at the possibility of exhibiting the work in the summer months. More information will follow.

The course includes the use of materials during the lessons.  You can purchase materials for your home from Turpentine. The first lesson will receive a LAK student pass with which you get a 10% discount at Terpentijn.

Teacher
After working in the business world for seven years, Lyda Bekker took an entrance exam at the Rietveld Academy in Amsterdam. She also studied for several months in New York at the School of Visual Arts. In 2000 she completed her art education. Since then she has worked as a visual artist and teacher.
