Brasserie Science has now been open for about six months and has become a familiar spot in the Gorlaeus Building. To make the brasserie even tidier and more sustainable, a new wall unit has recently been installed in the corridor near the brasserie.

This unit helps with the separate collection of waste and provides a designated place for tableware and serving trolleys. Whether you have enjoyed something in the brasserie or are returning a coffee cup, this is the right place to leave it properly.

In addition, the wall unit ensures that serving trolleys no longer block the corridor. Just a small reminder: please remove any food scraps from the tableware before placing the serving trolley back. This way, we can keep the space clean and organised together.
