What are the university elections for?
Both the University Council and faculty councils are comprised of student and staff members. Their role is to check, advise, and help decide on university policy. The members of these participation bodies are chosen every year in the university elections.

To stand in the elections you need to be on the candidates list of one of the student parties. At the kick-off you can find out how to stand as a candidate and how the elections work. You can also talk to the student parties and find our which one suits you best.
