NSE faculty competition results: CDL in the lead, followed by LBC
The NSE has been running for several weeks now, and 23.99% of FWN students have completed the survey. We are well on our way, but we are not yet close to the faculty's goal of achieving a response rate of more than 40%.
Feedback in the form of survey responses can highlight areas for improvement in education. By completing the NSE, you contribute to the quality of their programme. Additionally, we all help ensure that future students receive representative information about our university through the Keuzegids.
Chocolade en goed doel
Last week was the NSE action week. During this week, all students who filled in the NSE could collect a Science Tony's Chocolonely bar from their study associations. Some associations still have bars left, so fill in the NSE quickly and pick up your bar! You can show that you have completed the NSE by clicking on the NSE link in your umail.
Another great aspect of this initiative is that Leiden University will donate €0.25 per completed survey to support the creation of a Femicide Monitor by Marieke Liem. She is working on an accessible database on femicide in the Netherlands. Femicide is the murder of women because of their gender. Gaining more knowledge on this issue is vital to better protect women in the future.
Keep participating, fill in the NSE, and help not only your education, but also a good cause!
Competition between study association
The competition between the study associations is also going fast! The top 3 associations with the highest response rate will receive a prize to organise an activity. Below you can see the rankings:
