Call for pitches: run a workshop at our Una Europa Student Meet-up
Always wanted to give a workshop on your favourite topic? Perhaps a language seminar or a brainstorming session related to sustainability?
Here's your chance! The Una Europa team at Leiden University are holding a Student Meet-up on 23 April and they invite enthusiastic bachelor's and master's students to run an interactive session at this event.

Pitch your ideaWhat is Una Europa?
Una Europa is an alliance of 11 leading European research universities, including Leiden University. The alliance provides all students and employees at Leiden University and LUMC with international opportunities for collaboration and development. Summer and winter schools, exchange programmes and workshops are just some examples of what Una Europa has to offer you.
What is the Student Meet-up?
The meet-up will bring students from across Leiden University and LUMC together to socialise and learn about all things Una Europa. We especially welcome students who are interested in an international exchange and students in Leiden who are here on exchange from another Una Europa partner university.
Everyone who attends will meet our local Una Europa team, learn more about this international network and what it has to offer. The programme will include a plenary session, workshops and break-out groups, a quiz, networking and pizza!
Submit your idea for a student-led workshop
We want this event to be for students, by students.
Share your idea for a workshop using this form. The deadline to submit a proposal is 2 March.
Proposals should be suitable for a 45-minute session and around 12 participants. A link with Una Europa's focus areas or transversal themes is also encouraged but if you have an idea that falls outside the box, please still submit it. All brilliant ideas are welcome!

Next steps
Our project team will assess how your ideas fit into the meet-up programme. We will select and confirm break-out sessions by 10 March.
If your session is selected, we'll be in touch to discuss and support you in the next steps. If we are unable to include your idea in the programme for this event, we may propose an alternative time and date for your session.
