Having multiple digital calendars can be very frustrating. There is a way to make the course in MyTimetable appear in your personal calendar app. Below we explain how to set this up so you will never miss a class again.

Setting up

Follow the five steps below to link your timetable in MyTimetable to your digital calendar:

1. Go to https://rooster.universiteitleiden.nl/schedule and log in with your ULCN login details.
2. Click on 'Add Schedule' in the top right corner and add the courses you are enrolled in.
3. Once you have added your courses, click on the icon for 'Connect calender' next to the download button in the upper right corner.
4. Select the app to which you want to add your calendar.
5. Now you have an overview of your courses and private appointments.
