Vacancy: Student assistant LUCRIS helpdesk (0,3 FTE)
In this position, you will support researchers with the registration of their publications, like journal articles and monographs, preferably in Open Access, and their academic activities, like public readings and interviews on television. You will answer their questions by e-mail or in person. Registration is done in the web application LUCRIS. You form a part of the Research Support Office at the Faculty of Humanities. You will cooperate with an experienced colleague.
Requirements
- Interest in publication management and Open Access;
- Currently studying at the Faculty of Humanities, BA2 or BA3;
- Good communication and writing skills;
- A supporting and problem-solving attitude;
- Systematic and precise;
- Flexible in working hours;
- Excellent command of English (preferably also Dutch, but this is not a requirement).
Terms and conditions
We offer a 0.3 FTE position (11,4 hours per week) starting a.s.a.p., until 1 October 2025. A renewal will be possible every year, but depends on the student-status of the student, and the organizational developments in the Faculty. The standard salary table for a Student Assistant will be applied. The salary ranges from € 2.793.- gross per month to € 2.846 gross per month, based on fulltime employment, in accordance with the Collective Labour Agreement for Dutch Universities.
