Free Mind Health Check
Student life can be tough. It’s not easy balancing school, your social life, work, exercise, and more. That’s why it’s extra important to be aware of how you’re doing and to take good care of yourself.
Mind Health Check
One in seven students experience depression and anxiety. Many don’t talk about it and don’t seek help. To help address this issue, MoodLift has created the Mind Health Check. This annual mental health check, developed by psychologists, can help you reflect on how you’re really doing. There we invited you by mail to fill in the questionnaire.
Leiden University would like to invite you to do the Mind Health check. It will only take about 15 minutes and your responses will be treated with the utmost confidence. After completion, you will have the option of requesting detailed feedback on your mental well-being. Your anonymised responses will also help us gain a clearer picture of student well-being. This in turn can help us improve our support services for students.
