MoodLift by Caring Universities
MoodLift is an initiative of Caring University's and was previously offered under that name. MoodLift is an initiative aimed at improving students' mental health. Students can also do the Mind-Health Check. This provides insight into the problems students face so that relevant e-health interventions can be developed and offered free of charge.
