Main entrance to KOG Building to reopen on 29 July 2024
From Monday 29 July onwards, all staff and students will be able to use the main entrance to the KOG Building again. The alternative entrances (on the right-hand side of the building and the wheelchair accessible entrance at the side) will no longer be in use from this date onwards.
Besides a few minor work activities, renovations at the entrance hall and service desks are almost complete. This coming Monday, the Service Desk and Reception will move back to their previous, now newly renovated location. Later this summer, the ISSC Helpdesk will be relocated to where the other service desks currently are. At the same time, this helpdesk will be officially renamed the ‘IT Helpdesk’ and will share a counter with the UFB's AV Services.
On 2 September, the KOG Building’s central service point will be fully up and running in time for the start of the new academic year 2024-2025.
