Who, according to you, deserves a special recognition for being an excellent ambassador for our University? Whose activities have ensured that more people have come to know and value Leiden University?
You can nominate your candidate now! The Mr. K.J. Cath Award will be bestowed at the opening of the Academic Year this September. Every two years this award goes to (a group of) staff or students of our university who have made a positive contribution to the reputation of the University, through their achievements in teaching or research, or in supporting these activities. How to nominate your candidate
Email your substantiated nomination of no more than 500 words by 2 August 2024 latest to Roomsha Bansie, Head of the Rector’s Office (k.r.bansie@bb.leidenuniv.nl). Include the words Cath Award in the subject line. You will receive a confirmation of receipt.
A committee of six will evaluate all entries and choose a winner. The decision of the jury committee is final.
