Are you a philosophy student at Leiden University? Are you interested in the planning and design of the philosophy programs at Leiden? The Program Board of the BA and MA Philosophy programs is looking for a student member to join the board.

About the Program Board

The Program Board of the BA and MA Philosophy programs is responsible for the development and proper execution of the educational programs. It ensures that the educational programs are organized from year to year. The Education Board consists of a chairperson and a student member.

Responsibilities of the student member

The student member in the education board is a full member of the board. The student member contributes, in general terms, to the development and execution of the educational programs and the organization of their quality control. In particular, the student member brings a student perspective and serves as a point of contact with students on the education committee and the assessor on the Faculty Board.

The student member's appointment is approximately 50-75 hours on an annual basis. You will receive a stipend of €300.

• You are a motivated philosophy student who is interested in the program and wants to help make it better.
• You have a good network among Leiden philosophy students.
• You have a good sense of what is going on among students regarding the program.
• You take initiative.
• You are reliable and keep appointments.
