Under the flag of EUniWell the university of Murcia is organising a small EU law Moot Court competition. On 27 and 28 March, eight teams will plead a case concerning EU sanctions against certain individuals restricting their free movement. Leiden, as EUniWell partner, is invited to join the event with a team of three students. There is no written phase. In January we will start with the preparation of arguments for both sides, drafting and editing the pleadings and practicing oral presentations. Please note that 27 and 28 March 2023 are exam dates in Leiden. Flights are on 26 and 29 March. It is absolutely essential that you are available during these days. Travel and staying costs are covered by EUniWell. Application is open for bachelor students, open till 18 January 2023.
