Important Changes in Exam Enrolment

1 September 2022

MyStudymap has replaced enrolling for exams via uSis. An important change is that you have to pre-enrol for an exam but will only receive a definitive confirmation of your enrolment after confirmation in MyStudymap. If you fail to do so prior to the 10th day before to the exam date, your enrolment will automatically be cancelled on the 9th day before the exam. You will no longer be able to take part in the exam. For information on how to register for classes and exams and on how to confirm your enrolment, please visit the webpage Course and exam enrolment.

Frequently asked questions about MyStudymap
Registration via MyStudymap is part of the new student portal. The Education Information Centre (OIC) has been in communication with students about these changes for some time now and the University has created this FAQ webpage about MyStudymap. Some of the questions we have received so far:

I want to sign up for an activity but it there are no more places available, what should I do?
The best option would be to enrol in another study activity from the same course. In exceptional cases activities will be shown as ‘full’ before enrolment has opened and/or remain ‘full’ during the enrolment period. Registration for these activities is handled by the Faculty and students are unable to enrol for these activities in MyStudymap. The study programme will inform its students about the placement process. If you are unsure if this is applies to your activity, please contact the OIC.

I can no longer see activities for which I have enrolled in my concept schedule in MyStudymap. Why is that?
Activities that have already been processed are no longer visible in your concept schedule in MyStudymap. These activities are displayed in Mytimetable. You can read more about MyTimetable here.
