Enrol for courses and exams via MyStudymap
MyStudymap
You will soon be able to enrol for courses and exams in the first semester of the academic year 2022-2023. This is compulsory and will work differently than in previous years: you must now enrol via MyStudymap, which is a new part of the student portal.
Exceptions
Are you a full-time first-year bachelor's student, are you following a pre-master programme, or are you following courses whilst being registered at another Dutch university? If so, different enrolment procedures apply. You will receive further information by email.
Start of enrolment period
- Bachelor: 12 July 2022 at 13.00 hrs
- Master: 13 July 2022 at 13.00 hrs
Deadline
You can find the enrolment deadlines for each course in the prospectus. For most courses, you can enrol till maximum 14 days before the course is due to start.
Busy periods: ticket system
During busy periods, MyStudymap will make use of a ticket system to prevent the system becoming overloaded. This means it may take a little while to process your enrolments. You can read how this works on the page about Course and exam enrolment.
Prevent unnecessary queues
If it isn’t strictly necessary for you to enrol on 12 or 13 July, do it later instead.
Be prepared
- Read how enrolment via MyStudymap works on the page about Course and exam enrolment. Here you also find information about enrolling for exams.
- If you have already planned your enrolments in MyStudymap, check these before actually enrolling. There may have been some timetable changes in the meantime
- Set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for your ULCN-account. You will need this to log in.
