Become a buddy at the EU TalentOn 14-18 September
Would you like to be the linking pin between international young bright minds and their ideas on helping the world?
EU TalentOn is looking for buddies who will support the teams of EU TalentOn participants during their stay in Leiden from 14 to 18 September. The participants are part of 26 teams of 4 highly motivated European individuals who will compete in finding innovative solutions to grand societal challenges, such as climate adaptation, cancer, healthy soils and clean waters, and smart and climate-neutral cities.
Buddies will be matched to a team and work as the team manager, doing everything they can to help the team and maximise efficiency. As a buddy you get to experience the EU TalentOn and its thrilling program at PLNT in Leiden and gain experience within the organisation of an international academic event.

- Keeping track of time and process, make sure the teams are where they need to be on time.
- Practical facilitation, such as acquiring materials, taking notes, signing up for program options.
- Time & program management: translating the program possibilities to the team and helping out where you can.
