Participate in research project WARN-D about stress and mental health issues in students
Studying can be a stressful time during which students may experience many kinds of mental health issues such as depression. To further understand these causes of stress, research project WARN-D (led by university professor Eiko Fried) dives into the daily lives of students living in the Netherlands. In the previous two recruitment cohorts already 1000 students joined the WARN-D project. For the third cohort we are still looking for students who are willing to participate. Register now and help us gain insight into students' well-being!
How?
Using smartwatches and smartphones, we will follow 2,000 students over a time span of 2 years. The data collected will be used to develop a personalized early warning app to tackle mental health problems even before they occur.
