Invoice

You will receive an invoice automatically, which you can choose to pay in one lump sum or in instalments.

You can pay the tuition fee in 5 equal instalments. To arrange this, complete the instalment agreement in your invoice.

Bank transfer or payment by debit card

You can pay by bank transfer or debit card. A third party can also do so on your behalf.

Make sure to state your student number in all transactions.

Be aware that your bank may charge a fee for bank transfers. You are responsible for payment of any bank fees incurred. 

  • Payment can only be made using Maestro debit cards or cards with the V PAY logo.
  • Maximum debit card limits vary from bank to bank. If the amount of tuition fee due exceeds your daily limit you are permitted to pay in more than one transaction. 
  • When paying by credit card please be aware that additional charges apply.

If your employer is paying your tuition fee you can request an invoice from the university financial department which you can forward to your employer. As you are ultimately responsible  for payment of your tuition fee we always send invoices to the correspondence address you provided in Studielink or in your application.

Once you have sent the invoice to your employer he/she must pay the whole amount in one lump sum, making sure to mention your student number in the transaction. Payment in instalments is not permitted if your employer is paying your tuition fee.
