- Enter your payment details into Studielink. You will then see the exact amount you have to pay.
- Need an invoice? Send an email to the university’s financial administration department.

Be aware that your bank may charge a fee for bank transfers. You are responsible for payment of any bank fees incurred.
- Payment can only be made using Maestro debit cards or cards with the V PAY logo.
- Maximum debit card limits vary from bank to bank. If the amount of tuition fee due exceeds your daily limit you are permitted to pay in more than one transaction.
- When paying by credit card please be aware that additional charges apply.
If your employer is paying your tuition fee you can request an invoice from the university financial department which you can forward to your employer. As you are ultimately responsible for payment of your tuition fee we always send invoices to the correspondence address you provided in Studielink or in your application.
Once you have sent the invoice to your employer he/she must pay the whole amount in one lump sum, making sure to mention your student number in the transaction. Payment in instalments is not permitted if your employer is paying your tuition fee.
