Workshop
- Do you want to train your leaderskips skills to contribute to the wellbeing of people and planet?
- Do you care about values such as dignitiy, fairness and compassion for everyone, everywhere?
- Are you concerned about local and global challenges, such as climate change, political polarization, and growing inequality?
In this boost, you will work with practical tools for ethical leadership, whether in your home, study association, or society at large. You will be guided by a practitioner coach of radical transformational leadership. In this work, “radical” means root, our essence, who we are as human beings. “Transformational” is about making lasting and fair changes, for instance a shift from fossil fuels to renewable energy. "Leadership" is the human ability to create a better future for everyone, everywhere.
Session 1: 27/02/2025, 16:15-18:00 (walk-in from 16:00), the Hague
• Introduction to radical transformational leadership
• Sourcing inner capacity for strategic action
This session first introduces students to the field of radical transformational leadership. After a break, students will explore how to tap into what they truly care about and use that to take strategic action.
Session 2: 06/03/2025, 16:15-18:00 (walk-in from 16:00), the Hague
• My four profiles
• Background conversations and deep listening
In this session, students will first explore and understand their four ‘profiles’: their wisdom profile, social profile, personality profile, and professional profile. After a break, students will learn about the thoughts that run in the back of their minds (like “this is not enough”) that make it hard to really listen to others without judging. They will practice noticing these thoughts and learn how to listen more deeply to others.
Session 3: 13/03/2025, 16:15-18:00 (walk-in from 16:00), the Hague
• Systems and cultural norms
• The conscious full spectrum response model
In this session, students will start by learning how to ‘see’ systems and cultural norms. After the break, they’ll learn how to solve problems, change harmful systems and norms, and make sure their actions are guided by values that benefit everyone, everywhere.
