Op maandag 28 november sprak Ton Liefaard op de Internationale Conferentie over Criminaliteitspreventie en Sociale Reïntegratie van Kinderen en Jongeren in het Jeugdstrafrecht in Chili. Zijn lezing ging over het Europese perspectief op criminaliteit, preventie en re-integratie.
