‘Moedig en lovenswaardig’, noemde de facultaire commissie de scriptie. Studente Geesteswetenschappen Annika Schmeding won de eerste prijs bij de Leidse Universitaire Scriptieprijzen 2015. Voor haar onderzoek ‘Who’s the real ‘nomad’ in Afghanistan?’ ontving ze de hoofdprijs van 3000 euro.
